Korovesi Home/ Resort is situated on eight manicured acres of freehold land, enjoying majestic panoramic views of Savusavu Bay and all year round gorgeous sunsets. It is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Savusavu airport (5 minutes from Savuavu town) and just down the road from the famous Jean Michel Cousteau Dive Resort.

The estate was designed by award winning Australian architect Madeleine Blanchfield, and no expense has been spared in creating this luxury mini-resort.

Korovesi is comprised of seven separate buildings on two levels. The kitchen, living area, spacious master bedroom, and infinity pool comprise the upper level while the lower level houses four ‘bures’. There are two beautiful formal eating areas, one indoor and one outdoor, each with expansive views of the bay and the lush green mountains beyond. The open-concept kitchen is designed with a separate food preparation area, and is equipped to deal with the largest of groups. There is an industrial wood fired pizza oven, Fijian lovo pit, multiple bbqs and everything an outdoor entertainer could dream of.

The lower level bures all enjoy stunning views of the bay and each boasts a private deck.

A separate massage 'bure' is located amidst the branches of an enormous rain tree and also enjoys views across the bay.

The boat shed is located at the water level and is large enough to accommodate a 30ft and 23ft boat as well as kayaks, mountain bikes, motorbikes etc. There is a deep water mooring in front of the property and beautiful dive spots are a short swim away.

There is a 2 bedroom care-takers cottage which also enjoys stunning views and could be used as additional accommodation for guests. The original property consisting of a 3 acre and 2 acre plot was expanded two years ago by consolidating the 3 acre plot to the rear, which ensures that privacy will never be lost.

The property also has ample room to expand through the construction of additional homes or bures. The rear property has a large level playing field, and is kitted out with all the activities kids could dream of (trampoline to wear down the most energetic of kids ,trampoline, zip-line etc). Part of south side of the property boundaries onto a fresh water stream and the north side boundaries onto the drive coming up.
