The kitchen was designed and made in Italy for this villa, then shipped to Taveuni, along with all appliances such as a glass/cast iron stove, large Combi stainless steel refrigerator, 110 liter stainless steel oven, washing machine, espresso machine, microwave, bread maker, etc. The kitchen comes complete with kitchen utensils, cutlery, dinnerware and all that is necessary for anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining. All kitchen counters are made of original SILESTONE slabs, also imported from Spain.

The lounge is equipped with a large treated leather Italian sofa, solid mahogany TV set, auxiliary tables, lamps, paintings, etc. A 47 inch flat screen TV and a DVD is also supplied.

The Villa has its own sound proof generator shed where an 11 Kva generator and a battery bank, operated by a German SMA inverter-charger have been installed. The system is completely automatic, that is, the inverter-charger exclusively operates the generator and charges the batteries in order to improve the system’s efficiency and the lifespan of the equipment. Three to four generator hours are enough to meet the Villa’s energy requirements; the battery bank provides the remaining energy required.

The Villa comes equipped with over 80 light points and 6 fans. All electrical supplies and lighting were imported from New Zealand to ensure optimal quality, design and durability.

A small room at the back of the Villa holds the gas supply and imported hydro powered water heater, the room also offers additional storage space for cleaning supplies, etc.


The beautiful landscaped gardens include many large trees, including Banyan, Rain Tree, Breadfruit, etc. and have over 40 palm trees, cycad palms, ferns, lipstick or red palms, amongst others. The property’s surrounding fence comprises 180 Malaysian Congea plants, a vine with a white orchid type flower, the driveway is lined with red ginger and bougainvillea. A selection of flowers has also been planted to offer a variety of options for vases and flower arrangements. About twenty different kinds of orchids have also been planted on the property and a herb garden makes fresh basil, parsley, coriander, mint, tarragon, sage, curry leaves, chilly or chives always available for your kitchen. The property has its own banana trees, pawpaw trees, avocado tree, passion fruit vines, watermelon and over 100 pineapple plants. All exterior constructed areas are tiled with imported Spanish exterior nonslip porcealan tiles of Class A quality. The back of the Villa is surrounded by a tiled covered walkway that is 1 meter wide; the western side comprises a tiled 18 meter long by 3 meter wide covered verandah where Taveuni’s stunning sunsets are at their best. The front of the building connects to an elevated 72 square meter dining terrace overlooking the ocean and pool and a 100m2 pool deck.
